You can walk in it, talk in it, explore it. You still must sleep, eat, and drink when within it. You are still limited by physical limits - and your mental ones are severely lowered. And, just like the Real World, you can bleed and die here too.
So Tread Lightly, Wanderer.
This World is larger than Alamira and the Real World that we know of. It surrounds the city, as if the Real World were a tiny island in a giant sea. Others have wondered if there are other 'islands' out there - but no one's found one, and there's no proof either.
But unlike the Real World, everything here is changing. You could fall asleep in a wide open green meadow and then wake up a few moments later stuck inside a brick room with no way out, when you haven't moved at all. The ground could fall away at any moment, sending you flying through the abyss on a tiny hunk of rock, never to return home. You could become stuck within a hallway that never ends, who's doors only lead to more hallways. The whole World is a maze.
Yet some places have become constant. Some rooms have become influenced by the presence of Real World objects with them, never moving, never changing, not crumbling away into nothingness. People can even stay in these supposed zones for longer periods of time, not suffering from the headaches and loss of sanity issues that the Dream World often imposes on the mind.
However, note that the same has happened in the Real World: where Dream Dust has been constantly used, Entrances to the other world have formed and torn holes in the fabric. People who may have never stepped into the Dream World, but consume large amounts of Dust, may find themselves going insane and succumbing to madness.
All of it's relative. Anything can happen. because all of it's... I M A G I N E D *
