[/style] friends In Morgan's opinion (which he'll give regardless to whether or not you ask), only uncool people have no friends, and Morgan is not that. He thinks he's a cool guy: he likes to tell jokes in his spare time and make others laugh. He's generally easy-going, a laid-back kind of guy. Out-going, too. Oftentimes he tends to approach someone first and try to be friends with them if he finds them interesting. All that he worries about are the chances the person will be scared off by his respirator mask and spiked gloves. His abilities in the Dream World are bad enough as they are, so having his outward appearance ward people off makes him sad. As you can see, he's never tried seeking people in the Real World; he's too busy slacking off in school and avoiding his parents. But! When he makes a friend, he makes them for life, or the nearest equivalent. He'll do and be whatever he can to keep the person around. Need a shoulder to lean on? He'll be there. A bodyguard? There too. That guy that helps move heavy furniture from one house to another? Well that's certainly an interesting excuse he'll use to leave his house, so sure! He'll eventually expect to be paid back in kind, though. love interests Morgan is into romance the same way he's into money: "I got some? Cool! Better give this to someone else." He likes it, but he doesn't know how to handle it appropriately. He is not a very romantic person. He just likes the idea of someone having affection towards him, and he thinks it'd be cool if he were to return that feeling because then both parties are happy. He's very simple that way. He's a forward person in that regard and prone to public displays of affection towards anyone he might like, unless he had a terrible first impression or their name is Nyla, making them terrible and a half. In that case, he'll have mixed feelings and be more likely to show restraint. Acting normally, he doesn't know of any subtleties, intricacies, or any of that other crap. 'Subtle' is not his middle name. You're not reading about a 'Morgan Subtle Evans', are you? No. Why? Because he believes that people must be true to themselves at all times, especially in situations like these (unless something more important is at hand), so he can't stand it when a person has a crush on someone and is too shy to admit it. If he thinks it should happen, he'll do it, man. He'll make it happen. That means, it's best if he doesn't find out that anyone has the hots for him and hasn't been up front about it yet. Stuff will get awkward so fast your head will spin. He'll be doing very, very borderline-creepy things to get that person to say something. The degree of creepiness varies on how badly he wants to embarrass the poor soul how well he thinks it'll earn a confession. Simple crushes earn light teasing and the occasional sex joke. If the person blushes at the sight of him shirtless, he'll start stripping his pants too, or show up to their doorstep nude-- or wanting to avoid charges of indecent exposure, he'll show up with easy tear-off pants. That is how unsubtle he is in the name of total honesty, even when it's inappropriate. So, he's into romance, but not a romantic. Whosoever fantasizes about having him as a boyfriend had better really think about what it is they want out of him, or else he might come up with an unwanted surprise. Also, he's into polyamory. He doesn't believe in tying himself to one person for any reason or another. That, and there ought to be enough of him for everybody. bring on the harem! rivals Bring on the fights, too! Morgan is all about confrontation and competition. Physical fights, insult matches, pretty much anything. But, he's very picky about who he faces. He won't accept a challenge if he doesn't think there's an even chance of him losing since he doesn't want his matches being disastrously easy. There's no challenge in that. He likes the idea of a potential loss, because then it means that the battle would depend entirely on skill and resourcefulness instead of simple strength. So if you look weak, he won't accept. If you look too strong, he probably won't bother. It's a matter of self-respect there; he knows better than to fight a losing battle just for shits and giggles. Being an enemy is not a requirement, because he could care less if someone actually hated him. acquaintances Eh.
